Our services span from a basic on-site assessment to comprehensive management programs. We offer three distinct programs, each designed to cater to various needs and requirements:

Commercial fuel cleaningLevel #1 – Annual Program:

  • We collect fuel samples and visually inspect them for water, sludge, and microbes (such as algae).
  • We provide you with fuel samples, photos, and written reports certifying our findings.
  • If necessary, we recommend further corrective actions.

This level serves as an initial evaluation for new clients or as a minimal annual follow-up after we’ve cleaned and polished your tank and fuel. It’s a cost-effective program that establishes fundamental fuel quality.

Level #2 – Semi-Annual Program:

  • We take fuel samples from your tank(s) and visually inspect them for water, sludge, and microbes (algae).
  • We treat the fuel with a stabilizer, lubricant, combustion enhancer, water dispersant, and biocide.
  • Fuel samples, photos, and written reports are provided to certify our findings.
  • An initial tank/fuel cleaning and polishing are performed, followed by this service every two years.
  • Further corrective actions are recommended if necessary.

This level caters to the needs of mid-level clients, including delivery fleet fuel tanks, generators for condos, food stores, public and municipal office buildings, ensuring your fuel and tank are maintained at a high level for superior fuel reliability.

Level #3 – Quarterly Program:

  • We take fuel samples from your tank(s) and visually inspect them for water, sludge, and microbes (algae).
  • On-site tests are conducted to assess water content, acidity, and cetane levels.
  • The fuel is treated with a stabilizer, lubricant, combustion enhancer, water dispersant, and biocide.
  • Fuel samples are collected annually and sent to an independent lab for a comprehensive analysis.
  • An initial tank/fuel cleaning and polishing are performed, followed by this service annually.
  • We provide fuel samples, photos, and written reports to certify our findings.
  • Further corrective actions are recommended if necessary.

Level three is tailored for clients requiring 100% fuel reliability around the clock, including critical care, communications, and delivery services. We maintain your fuel at the highest attainable quality and guarantee its performance for the fuels we manage, or our services are provided free of charge.
